Welcome to San Francisco

San Francisco is one of the world’s most vibrant cities and the financial, cultural, and commercial capital of Northern California. Surrounded by the Pacific Ocean and San Francisco Bay, it’s a hilly city full of spectacular views and incredible amenities. The Golden Gate Bridge is its most iconic landmark, transporting residents to and from the charming towns to the north and providing postcard views from the waterfront Presidio. Lombard Street is another world-famous SF attraction. Winding from The Presidio through Cow Hollow, Russian Hill, and Telegraph Hill to The Embarcadero, Lombard Street has been called the most crooked street in the world. This iconic stretch is home to some of San Francisco’s most elegant real estate.

From quiet residential neighborhoods to bustling commercial districts, San Francisco has something for everyone. The real estate mix includes colorful Victorian rowhomes, stylish contemporary apartments, and grand hilltop mansions worth tens of millions of dollars.

Dining, Entertainment & Shopping

There are dozens of areas within San Francisco known for outstanding restaurants, happening nightlife spots, and excellent shopping. Fisherman’s Wharf is a major tourist attraction and a great place to sample exceptional seafood at one of its many family-owned restaurants. Famous local eats include ocean-fresh Dungeness crabs, oven-fresh sourdough bread, and delectable clam chowder. Fisherman’s Wharf is also renowned for its Irish coffees and wonderful Bayfront views, taking in Alcatraz Island, the Golden Gate Bridge, and the sea lions lounging on Pier 39. Some of the best restaurants can be found at Ghiradelli Square, a Bayfront institution since 1893 that houses upscale shops and other attractions.

Things to Do

San Francisco is a world-class city in all respects, with an incredible amount to see and do all year round.
