Westwind Community Barn hosts horse boarding stables and a variety of equestrian events throughout the year.
The Rhus Ridge Trail connects Los Altos Hills with other trails running through Rancho San Antonio County Park to Black Mountain.
Rancho San Antonio County Park extends over 165 acres, while the connected Rancho San Antonio Preserve covers almost 4,000 acres with 24 miles of trails.
At Los Altos Hills’ southwestern edge,
Foothills Park is a 1,400-acre open space with trails and campsites. Along Los Altos Hills’ eastern boundary with Los Altos,
Redwood Grove Nature Preserve features more than six acres of an enchanting redwood forest. Redwood Grove Nature Preserve is the site of a popular summer camp and trails following the meandering path of the Adobe Creek.
